Shipping Information

Fast and safe delivery is important to us, so we work hard to ensure that your order is delivered to you in the shortest time possible. All orders are important to us; please allow 1-6 weeks for your order to be packed before shipment. The time may vary, and you may receive your order earlier. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery of your order strongly depends on our courier Australia Post.

Delivery Options

Australia Post is the courier we use, and the Australia post standard delivery timeframe is 2-6 business days. Postage and handling costs for delivery differs based on product weight, and calculations are automated at check out. You may choose Australia Post express delivery; this option is available at the checkout. You may also use our local pickup option at the checkout (Pickup from Armidale, NSW).

If you have ordered a custom design, shipping time may be longer because our personalisation products take longer to make than original designs. We will endeavour to contact you within seven working days after your order is confirmed, to confirm any other details. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it is made via Australia Post using the delivery option you choose at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are only offering to ship within Australia.

I gave you the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

It is important to ensure you provide the correct postage address. However, mistakes can happen. If you wish to change the delivery address, you will need to get in touch as soon as possible to change the address before the order is processed. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, it is too late. Please refer to our refund/returns policy.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will state the shipping method you chose. Once your items are ready, we will send you an email to let you know your order is safely on its way. If your item has been sent with tracking, you will have received an email with the tracking code and link. Remember to check all your email folders, including Junk.

The delivery date for your order is heavily dependent on our courier service Australia Post.  We have added Australia Post delivery times below so you have an idea of when to expect your product.

Standard Delivery - Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 6 working days.

Express Delivery - Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days.

      If a few days have passed and your order has not arrived, you should check with your local post office.

      Damaged or faulty products?

      We check all items before shipping but if you should receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement item. Please contact us within 10 days to discuss.

      We usually request photos to confirm that the item is faulty, damaged or not as described but we do reserve the right to request that items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

      Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund both the cost of the item and the shipping costs, or provide a replacement item.

      Any item that is returned used or has been damaged after receipt by the customer will not be accepted for refund. After receipt of the item, storage and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

      Australia post deliveries

      We use Australia Post's delivery system for a secure and reliable service on all parcels. If you aren't home when Australia Post attempt to deliver, they will leave a card and take your items to your local post office for you to collect.

      What are the shipping cost? 

      The cost of postage and handling for homewares within Australia varies widely depending on the size and weight of the items your order. To see what your shipping will be, simply add the items to your cart, scroll down and you will see the Postage Calculator. Just enter your postcode and click the little update button and the postage cost will appear.
